He was born in Louisville to Albert Lee Hornback and Katheryn Hornback Allen. He was a truck driver for Rowe Trucking and retired from Midwest Logistics.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Marla Sharon Hornback.
Survivors include his sister, Symantha (Billy) Thomas of New Salisbury, Indiana; an aunt, Lucille Steele; an uncle, Homer Hornback Jr.; two cousins, Lisa Steele and Loren Steele; a niece, Crystal Scott; and many other family members.
Cremation was chosen with a celebration of life at a later date.
