Tony Terry Sr. Obituary
He was a native of Summit and a charter member of Summit General Baptist Church. He retired from FBM Properties and Falls City Boat Works.
Tony was preceded in death by a daughter, Marshia; an infant son, George; and his parents, Ira and Flora Raymer Terry.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Ann Dennis Terry; three children, Tony M. (Tammy) Terry, Diann T. (Tom) Hall and Erica C. (Kyle) Ohman; two sisters, Rita Watkins and Margie Rainey; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The funeral is at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, at Brown Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with the Revs. Wilford Logsdon and Donald Davis officiating. Burial follows in Mount Hebron Cemetery.
Visitation is from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and continues at noon Friday at the funeral home.
