I am eternally grateful God led me to Ruth where I discovered abundant spiritual nourishment and growth from our long talks, the articles she mailed to me and the many books she recommended. One of these days I will have the time to start the last book she gave to me entitled, "The Evolution of God" -- it's about 4 inches thick and when I read it, I will have much time to think of Ruth, as she held and absorbed the same written words. She kept wanting me to find a Spiritual Director but I knew I already had one--her!

Ruth and I met in St. Joseph and I used to Baby Sit for Becky. Ruth and I became friends when we both lived in New Orleans.

I feel honored that I was able to talk with her for her last birthday. I have many memories of Ruth both from St. Joseph and New Orleans. She will be missed but I know she was ready to go see her Lord.

My prayers are with her and the family.
