The Zimmerman Family

Thanking God for loving my family through Loyal who with open arms welcomed us into his heart. A dear grandfather figure to our children. So many fond memories. From pressing apples, planting seeds in his garden, camping, playing dominos, attending church together, many many holidays, squeeze box and organ playing, bible studies, feeding the ducks at the pond at EG, praying together, and a life full of heartfelt conversations. Openly embracing us as his own family. Decades of fond memories remain with us... Yet a deep void in our hearts in his absence. An inticate vital part of our family's life indeed, sharing our love for God and each other. Knowing you are with Jesus gives us peace. We are s blessed to have had you in our life!

Just heard about his passing. I have fond memories of going out to his property to press apples as a young kid. Loyal was my grandfather's brother.
