Aunt Alice's Wedding Shower
Christine Niemiec
June 6, 2013
This photo was taken of Aunt Alice at our home at 20543 Williamsburg Rd. in Dearborn Hts on the day of her and Marvin's wedding shower in our basement. I especially remember how kind Aunt Alice always was when we arrived in the US from Germany. She often brought us special gifts during her visits, like the "apple" and "rooster" dresses she gave my sister, Eva, and me. We are so sad about her loss and mourn with you. God bless, Christine, Tom, Aaron, and Elizabeth Niemiec
Alice & Marvin's Wedding
Monica Broderick Cantwell
June 6, 2013
Dear Uncle Marvin, Jenny, Jeff and Family,
The Broderick-Cantwells from Alabama send our heartfelt condolences for the loss of your wife, mother and grandmother, who was also a wonderful aunt to us. We remember fondly our many visits over the years to Roselawn where Aunt Alice would always greet us with special molasses cookies and Vernors. We mourn her loss with you and ask that the Lord take her into His Holy arms that she may abide in eternal peace. God bless, Monica, John and Shannon

From the Phalens, whom Aunt Al visited several times in the misty past of yesteryear here in the dusty deserts of Arizona, our sadness and heartfelt condolences. She was a fun, kind lady who was good to us when we were toddling about, some of us still in diapers. We will not see her like again, I fear.
