Barbara Albers Obituary
Barbara had a deep love for her family. She is survived by her loving husband, Arlo Albers, her sister Mary Ransom, her sons Thomas Fry and Richard Fry. Along with her daughter in law Donna Fry. She cherished her 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Barbara was preceded in death by her late husband Dennis F. Fry of Pontiac.
Barbara found solace and community in her faith. She was an active member of the Episcopal church, where she served as a Deacon for 24 years.
A memorial service Celebrating Barbara's life will be held at St Andrew's Episcopal Church located at 518 N Alameda in Las Cruces, NM, on Tuesday September 19, 2023 at 11AM. www.getzfuneralhome.com

Barbara was a wonderful friend for many years. I remember when she brought Arlo to our home. I knew right away they were a loving couple. We knew her sons, and we were part of her committee when she was studying to become a deacon and I, and several others from St. Andrew's, Waterfprd, MI, worked with her after-school program at All Saint's, Pontiac. She will be missed by many.

Barbara was a dear friend and fellow colleague in diaconal ministry. During our time in the Diocese of Michigan we had times we served together. Barb was very supportive and encouraging. Her primary ministry was to children and to the poor. She created and developed an effective after school program at All Saints Episcopal Church in Pontiac, Michigan.
