ILA WEINMAN Obituary

WEINMAN, ILA E. of Pontiac, passed away November 13, 2018 at 103 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Edward; dear aunt of Tom Hill, Mary Ellen Doughty, Barbara Wilkins, David Harroun, Kathleen Harroun, and Delores Choler; great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by siblings, Mary Hill, Leona Harroun, and Clarence Kerr. Ila was a long time member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Pontiac, she retired from Uhans Department Store in Pontiac where she was a specialist in the craft and needle work department. Independent and active at 103, she was still doing alterations for friends and family. Her meticulous need to have all in order will be fondly missed by her nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be held Monday, November 19, 2018 at 11 AM at St. Michael Catholic Church, 120 Lewis St., Pontiac. Burial Mt. Hope Cemetery. Family will receive friends Sunday 3-8 PM; scripture service 7 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME-WATERFORD. Memorials may be made to American Cancer or St. Michael Church. To send a condolence, visit
