THOMPSON, JAMES M.; of Waterford; passed away suddenly March 25, 2014. He was 77 years of age. Beloved father of Jack (Jackie) Thompson, Jill (Branton) Dennis and Scott (Melissa) Thompson; dear grandfather of Jack Thompson Jr., Valerie Thompson, Victoria Dennis, Branton Dennis IV and Jason Thompson; great grandfather of Benjamin Thompson. Survived by brother Jerry Thompson. Preceded in death by brother, Benton (Jackie) Thompson. James retired from Pontiac Motor Division. He loved animals, golf, cards, bowling, gardening and was a member of the Elks, lodge #810 in Waterford. Funeral Service Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 2 PM at COATS FUNERAL HOME- WATERFORD.
