Grandpa,
I'm thankful for every minute we were able to spend together. I will never forget the hunting and fishing ‘tricks' you shared with me over the years. It's nice to see how you impacted so many lives with laughter and love. While I know you are in a better place you will forever be missed.
-You're best friend and #1 grandson

I remember Mr. Shedlowsky with fond memories as my friend Gary's dad. He was a nice guy who always made you feel welcome and was also the type of guy you wanted to be when you grew up. As a young man growing up in Lake Orion, I was one of so many kids he impacted in a positive way. God bless and my prayers and thoughts with the Shedlowsky family.

We met John and Jim in Minsk. It was a turning point for our life. Our precious father first met his dear relatives from America. We visited many places, our ancient demesne- Dashki. How gentle John was with my mother and father. How kind and clever he was with my children. How wise he was with everybody! We'll love and remember you, dear, dear John. Thank you for being in our life.
Our sincere condolences for John's family.
