My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Lance and I are very sad to hear the news. We have very fond memories of Doc Mike. We always get a chuckle when we reminisce of the staff vacations together. I'm not sure who Lance made blush more Mike or myself. Those will always be part of our favorite memories.
Love to your family,
Lance, Tracy, Arleigh and Mikayla Zimmerman

I will always be grateful for Mike for giving me an opportunity when I was first out of dental hygiene school to work. He helped me tremendously. I will also always remember the fun vacations that he took the staff on. It was a great time.Prayers to Diane and Andrea and Matt.

Diane, Andrea and Matt,
I am so saddened to hear of your loss. It has been a lot of years, but I have wonderful memories of your dad - your entire family, actually - from my childhood years. You all have a very special guardian angel to watch over you.
Deepest Sympathies,
Karrie Jolly (Hamilton)
