Richard Balint

BALINT, RICHARD A.; age 75; of Novi; died May 31, 2012. Beloved husband of 53 years to Mary. Loving father of Dennis (Mary). Dear grandfather of Michael and Kristen. Brother of Mary Jane (Joe) Ploe, Judith (the late Richard) Michalak, the late Carol (Ronald) Couts, and the late Thomas. Cherished uncle of Renae Douelett and Kevin and numerous other nieces and nephews. Also survived by many extended family members and loving friends. Mr. Balint worked for Sonoco Logistics for over 45 years and was an active member of St. William Catholic Church in Walled Lake. He was proud of the fact that he served the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Funeral Mass from St. William Catholic Church, 531 Common Street, Walled Lake, Monday 10 a.m. (In state 9:30 a.m.) Interment Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Tuesday 2 p.m. Friends may visit Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 N.
