Robert Elkins Obituary

ELKINS, ROBERT B. Of Oxford; January 8, 2017; age 70. Beloved husband of Gail for 30 years; Dear father of Kimberly Elkins, Lisa Bishop and the late Christopher Bishop; dear grandfather of Jordan, Arin, Austin, Ciara, Hailey and Ian; great-grandfather of Samaya. Mr. Elkins retired as an Inspector at General Motors Orion Plant. He was a veteran of the United States Army and was a member of the Vietnam Veterans of America Oakland County Chapter #133. Funeral Services will be held Friday, January 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the RIVERSIDE CHAPEL, Simpson-Modetz Funeral Home, 5630 Pontiac Lake Road, Waterford. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Friday 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Interment Ottawa Park Cemetery.
