Palm Desert, California - Debra ( Debbie) Charneski passed away on December 9, 2020 in Palm Desert, CA. She was born on September 19, 1957 in Longview, WA to Donald and Billie (Willman) Gallow. Debbie graduated from Castle Rock High, Lower Columbia College and Clark College; and practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 30 years in Longview, Chehalis and Olympia.
During her time in Olympia, Debbie was active in the community, serving on the boards of the Washington Center for the Performing Arts, Providence St. Peter Foundation and Concern for Animals. She was also a longtime member of the Olympia Country Club and Olympia Yacht Club. Debbie's passion outside the family was animal welfare, especially the spaying and neutering pets through her 25 year involvement as a board member and officer of Concern for Animals.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 35 years Brian, her son Grant and his wife Anne, son Aaron and his wife Ivy, and granddaughter Ellenor.

Hello, Debbie was my cousin and when I was younger she would babysit me along with her mom who was my Aunt Billie. She was friendly and fun and always so beautiful. I will never forget her laughter. My prayers are with your family during this time of loss.
