Ed was my brother in law. From the time that I met him, 35 years ago, until the day he passed, he was there to show love and support always. He was a solid foundation to my sister as she reached incredible heights in her career and they raised two extraordinary young men together. Ed's second family was his community of Birders. He was well respected by all for his birding knowledge wherever he lived or traveled. I miss him terribly, as I'm sure all who had the privilege of knowing him do also. Peace & love to you, Ed

The Vashon Island Unitarian Fellowship sends their condolences to Ed's family. Ed worked for us for a few years, in good service, dedicated and kind. What a terrible loss.
