West Richland, Washington - George Martin Salazar Sr. was a caring husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He left this world suddenly on December 14, 2022 at age 76.
He was born in Sunnyside, Washington on November 12, 1946 to Ramona and Rafael Salazar.
George was married to Guadalupe Partida on June 3, 1967. They had two children. A son, George Martin Salazar Jr was born September 4, 1968, and a daughter, Criselda Celine Salazar, born June 6, 1972.
George was predeceased by his father, Rafael Salazar, his mother, Ramona Salazar and his brother, Benjamin Salazar. He is survived by his wife, Guadalupe Salazar; his son, George Salazar Jr.; his two grandchildren, Sindri and Stella Salazar; his daughter, Criselda Salazar Headley (husband Gary); his brother, Ray (wife Janice) Salazar; his sisters, Natalia Salazar, Viola (husband Ramon) Mata, Alma (husband Alfredo) Garza, and Patricia (husband Armando) Plata.
Visitation and a Rosary will be held on December 21, 2022 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Einan's Sunset Gardens Event Center in Richland, Washington.
A Funeral Mass will be held on December 22, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Christ The King Catholic Church in Richland, Washington.
