Knowing Glenda these past several years has been a blessing. She had a huge heart and always cared deeply for those around her. She was always asking about my family and checking in how my kids were doing and I loved sharing with her and hearing about her family and friends who she loved dearly. She had an amazing sense of humor and a twinkle in her eye that I will never forget. I will truly miss sitting and "gabbing" as she would call it. We had a lot of laughs together and many many hugs and tender moments too. She was a special lady and I'm so lucky to have known her. I will miss her and I am sending my sincere condolences to her family. May you find comfort in your special memories.

Glenda is one of a kind, she came to volunteer with Providence Sound Hospice 11yrs ago. She was very dedicated to the program and the folks that where assigned to her, she would go and visit folks weekly. Made wonderful friendships and always willing to go above and beyond. We honored her with a recognition breakfast for her actions and values and she had received volunteer of the year. She came into the office weekly and made calls to most of our folks on service, where i could hear her working away and would have wonderful, meaningful conversations with folks, she would often tell me how much these calls meant to her, and she really enjoyed them. I will miss her dearly and hold a special place for her. She's a special lady. Love ya buddy and know that you'll forever be in my heart.

I feel so fortunate to have known Glenda. She was a dedicated volunteer to Hospice patients and their families - providing more than 11 years of service. Whenever she was around, she was cheerful and always made you smile. She will be deeply missed and my heart goes out to her family. I will miss hearing her laugh and seeing her smile.

Glenda and I go way back to the little town of DuPont in grade school. I eventually was off to various countries living and did not connect back with each other until a few years ago (some 69 years later). It was fun to reminisce about our childhood. Rest in peace my good friend. Lana Bublitz (Lickteig)
