Jimmie Quach Obituary
At 9:50 a.m. on September 10, 2005 -- a month after his 35th birthday -- the heavens above not only took away the eldest son of Tony and Susan Quach, but also the loving husband and father from Stacey and their three gorgeous baby girls, Chyna, Nikaya, and Yves. Jimmy was known as "Jimmie Van Quach" to his parents, "Superman" to his nine other siblings, "Rambo" & "Ichiban" to his closest boys. His legacy continues to live on through many family members, relatives and friends who, I'm pretty sure, are wishing him a safe journey following a heroic battle with a viral infection to his heart. Special thanks to the medical staff at St. Peter Hospital for caring for him. Many loved ones that knew Jimmie will remember him as a handsome, very charismatic soul who power lifted and bodybuilt. After finding his soulmate and having three beautiful children, his most enjoyable passion became spending time with his family. He graduated from Chief Sealth High School and had worked his tail off for the past ten or so years for Lexus of Fife, where he was not only good, but exceeded all expectations given. Special thanks to the Lexus family at Fife for being there for him. They were his home away from home. He really did find his calling and enjoyed his profession immensely. There are so many adjectives that could properly identify him as a person -- caring. dedicated, hardworking, unselfish, the list could go on and on. I'll just use the term inspirational, because to me, anybody that scratches and claws from 4:00 in the morning to 7:00 that same night for his family, not for himself, that's pretty darn inspirational. And he'd been doing that routine ever since he took off his cap and gown, working nonstop for his family. Jimmie may be gone for the moment, but if we close our eyes and open our heart, he's there at the door, smiling on all of us, telling us to "Keep on keeping, because I'm already here." Visitation will be Friday, September 16, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 at Mills & Mills Funeral Home, 5725 Littlerock Road SW, Tumwater. Arrangements are by Mills & Mills Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
