Philip Charvet Obituary

Philip Noel Charvet
August 26, 1962 - February 2, 2021
Olympia, Washington - Philip Noel Charvet was born at the Old St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, Washington, on August 26, 1962, and left his earthly bonds at Providence St. Peter on February 2, 2021, due to complications from a fall and pneumonia.
He is predeceased by his parents, Richard Philip Charvet and Rosella Valerie Charvet; brothers, Bert Charvet and Matthew Charvet; and his beloved grandparents.
Philip was a lifelong member of Olympia's St. Michael Parish. His faith was a comfort to him throughout his life. He attended schools in Olympia, graduating from Olympia High School in the Class of 1981. Philip never met a stranger, loved sharing his knowledge of Olympia history, and visited with elderly neighbors, often with a homemade pie or cookies! He loved "Simple Abundance" and appreciated the small things – working in his yard, clothes drying on the line, a pot of soup on the stove, and walks around the neighborhood with his sweet dog, Lucy.
Philip leaves behind his loving sisters, Gwenn Malham and Amy Charvet; numerous nieces and nephews; and his treasured friend for life, Jena Embry Loes.
No services are planned at this time. In memory of Philip, please call a friend, check on a neighbor, or just sit on your porch and enjoy a good cup of coffee.
