I could sit and talk with Rick for hours. I miss his stories and his humor. I am saddened by his absence but so glad I had him in my life.

Hard to imagine a family gathering without Rick. Good husband, father, brother-in-law, uncle. Always respectful and supportive. We will miss his charming smile and his laughter. Love to Geri and the girls. Kelli Wisbey and Family.

Rick was the older brother of my dearest friend Gary. We both looked up to Rick while growing up over many years then we admired, respected, and loved the man he had grown to be. Giving, and a leader of his family, Kathy and I will always remember and appreciate the time we had with such a wonderful example of what we all strive to be. Our tears are for the loss and our joys are in our memories. Forever our mentor. Always in our hearts and minds. Ken Bacon

The first thing I think of when I think of Rick is how he loved his wife Geri (my sister), daughter's Chelsea, Jessie and his family and friends. He had a smile that was shared with all of those around him. He was a master story teller and when you add in his brother Tim, you laughed till you cried. What a blessing to all who know him.

Rick was one of the first guy's I met at Newport High. We had just moved up from Calif., and I didn't know anyone. But, from the beginning , he was always fun, friendly and a good friend. We Co-MC'd a couple of our class reunions and kept in touch, on occation. I'm sure Rick will be looking down at the service and saying..."don't cry, just have a good party for me". See you later, Rick & Heidi Boden

Rick was friend of mine since boyhood growing up in Bellevue. One of the nicest guys I ever knew. Always cheerful with a quick quip and a laugh. I have not seen him since he moved to the Olympia, Wa area but I often thought about him. We even went flying together once back in the early days. We could rent a small Cessna for about $20 an hour back then! What a great guy. I wish I could have spent more time with him.
With sincere (and sad) thoughts,
Michael Carr
