Rick Joseph Dial

Rick Joseph Dial, born April 9, 1984 in Olympia, Wash. to Tom and Sue Dial, was killed in an auto accident on March 8, 2002. He leaves behind Mom, Dad, brother Andy, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and more friends than stars in the sky.Rick was a senior at Black Hills High School where his smile brightened the halls. He worked part-time at Mega Foods, where he might have bagged your groceries.Rick enjoyed music of all kinds and he had the CD collection to prove it, being with his friends, putting Mom and Dad to shame when they played Jeopardy, and quietly reading any books about religion, philosophy and history.Rick's family is overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and help by the people Rick touched. This has been our rock and our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone.Memorial services will be held March 13 ,2002, at 7:00 p.m. at the First Church of the Nazarene at 940 Israel Rd. SW. Tumwater, Wash. A fellowship time will follow.
