Olympia, Washington - Robert (Bob) E. McManus, age 74, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 19, 2024 in Lacey Washington. Bob was born on October 1st, 1950 in Aberdeen Washington. He grew up in Hoquiam Washington and graduated from Hoquiam High School. Shortly after graduating from college, he moved to the Bay Area until 2003 when he returned to Washington, settling in Olympia. Bob tended bar at the Urban Onion where he made countless unforgettable relationships. He had a love of service and would regularly donate his time an energy to the betterment of others. He truly lived his life to the fullest and relished the simple pleasures: travelling with friends, supporting his nieces and nephews, and just talking and spending time chatting with the people he cherished most.

Family, friends, and anyone whose lives were touched by Bob are invited to the Aberdeen Polish Club (823 W First Street, Aberdeen, WA, 98520) from 1:00 to 3:00 on January 18th 2025.

His family has asked in leu of flowers, please donate to your local School or School District in his name to help support the upbringing of less-fortunate youth.
