Olympia, Washington - Ronald Duane Rindy, 73, of Olympia WA, passed away on June 22, 2023. Ron was born January 20, 1950, to Duane and Mildred Rindy in Wahpeton North Dakota. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, June, their two children Mark Rindy and Stacy Grof-Tisza, and their spouses Katrina and Steve, respectively. He is also survived by his two grandchildren, Duane and Savannah. Ron spent his career as a union sheet metal worker until his retirement in 2007. Ron was quite a jokester and often had a tall tale to tell. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, poker, camping, and traveling. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
