Sam Bradley Obituary

Sam Bradley Sam Bradley, lovely husband, fantastic Father, and doting Grandfather passed away at 12:10 p.m. on May 21, 2016. We were holding his hands. Sam was 77 years old. Political Sam first ran for public office at the age of 20. He worked for Scoop Jackson in D.C. and shook hands with Presidents. He was elected Port Commissioner in the 90s and was branded a "maverick" - a title he relished. Psychologist Sam was a groundbreaker in Olympia. In his long career in private practice he helped so many people. He is loved and respected by colleagues and clients. He listened, his greatest gift. Traveling Sam visited China, took his wife and daughter around the world, and many trips to Kenya and Mexico. His joy in later life was volunteering at the Olympia Free Clinic. A life well lived! There will be a Celebration of Life on June 19 from 5:00-8:00 p.m at his home, 1121 Giles Ave NW, Olympia 98502.

Sam was my psychologist& therapist when I lived in Olympia. He was the best. Loved & respected him so much. I ended up moving back to Pa, so I had to end my therapy with him. But I still consider him to be an excellent practitioner. He helped me so much. I will never forget him.
