Bill's working career began at Ralph's Thriftway on 4th Avenue in Olympia where he was employed for several years and then in 1967 he joined Capital Chevrolet in Olympia and remained there for many years. In 1982 he and Sue opened, owned, and operated the Tumwater Video Store until when they pursued a new venture in 1992 and moved to Tillamook, OR to own and operate the Tillamook Bay City RV Park. Bill and his wife retired in 2001 and returned to Washington making their home in the town of Napavine. Bill and Sue were long time Seattle Mariner fans and enthusiasts and Bill was mentor to and active supporter of his grandson Caesar's sports activities. I was a close friend to the Fosbre family, as we lived down the hill from them. I was in school with Bill's brother, Ed, as we were good buddies for many great years. My Mother, Marian, is still living and knew Jane Fosbre very well. Mom says she still has a recipe from her for making candy. She is not much into making candy any longer as she will turn 104 in June. Our thoughts and prayers are with the remaining family.
