Clara Frenger

1922 - 2021

Clara Madilene Frenger, 99, of Bremen, went to be with the Lord at 9:05 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 9, in Signature Health Care of Bremen. Clara was born on Aug. 12, 1922 in Bremen to the late G. Howard and Sylvia (Birk) Kline. On Dec. 20, 1946, she married Harold Frenger. He passed away on Dec. 9, 1991
Clara is survived by three sons, Harold (Janie) Frenger of Florida, Ken Frenger of Bremen and Rich-ard Frenger of Bremen; daughter, Marvalene "Marty" (Norm) Schini of Bremen; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 27 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by two step grandchil-dren; seven step great grandchildren and four step great great grandchildren and her precious cat, Max.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, Bonnie Bope Kennedy, daughter in law, Emily Frenger, granddaughter, Daphne Frenger Beham and great granddaughter, Dorian Schini.
Clara attended Bremen High School. Her family was one of the founding members of Bremen Mis-sionary Church, where she was a devoted lifetime member. She was a loving mother and home-maker, who loved to garden and tend to her many flowers. Traveling was her greatest joy.
Visitation will take place from 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 16, in Bremen Missionary Church, 2958 Elm Rd, Bremen. Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. in the church with burial in Bremen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to Bremen Missionary Church, 2958 Elm Road, Bremen, Ind. 46506.
