Heather Kuhn Obituary

Heather Marie Kuhn
May 9, 1984 - August 9, 2018

PLYMOUTH - Heather Marie Kuhn, 34, of Plymouth passed away unexpectedly, Thursday Aug. 9 at St. Joseph Health System of Mishawaka.
Heather's warm heart and beautiful personality will be greatly missed by all!
She was born May 9, 1984 at Plymouth, to Ed Schneider and Carol Parrish.
As a life long resident, she graduated from Plymouth High School in 2002 and continued her education at Indiana State where she graduated in 2006. Heather worked for State Farm Insurance at Laurie Sutter's office in Plymouth as a Team Member Agent. She was a member of the Plymouth Kiwanis Club, where she was club treasurer and was always a smiling face. Her faith was strong as she was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church of Plymouth. Heather was happiest when she was helping someone and being with her family.
She married the love of her life which began years before at the concession stand where her husband Justin also worked. While consulting the sports calendar looking for a time they could marry, they choose Sept. 15, 2007.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her husband, Justin and her two children which she was so proud of; Isaiah and Willow. Other family members include; her maternal grandmother, Bette Parrish of Plymouth (whom she was raised by); her mother-in-law and father-in-law: Janet and Jeff Kuhn of Plymouth; paternal grandmother Maxine Kuhn of North Carolina; her sister Renee and Joe Hensler of Hamlet and brother Mitchell of Alabama; brother-in-law Josh Kuhn of Plymouth and sister-in-law Jessica and Kody Newman of Plymouth. Uncles Dave Parrish of Minnesota and Steve Parrish of Plymouth; and niece Katlee Hensler of Hamlet and nephews Hayden Hensler of Hamlet and Hunter Summerlot of Plymouth also survive.
Her grandfather Bob Parrish preceded her in death.
Heather's gift of life now lives on thru the donation of her body that someone else could have that gift of life.
The family will receive friends with a celebration of life on Tuesday, Aug. 14 from 3 - 8 p.m. in the Trinity United Methodist Church 425 S. Michigan St. Plymouth, Ind. 46563, followed  by a ceremony Wednesday to honor Heather's life in the church at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Stueve officiating.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the family for a college fund for her children or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her memory.
Van Gilder Funeral Home is privileged to be entrusted in arranging the services.
