Cornelia Kasperian Obituary
Born in Montezuma, she lived in Long County most of her life. She retired from civil service as a housing inspector. She worked as a food service supervisor with Smith State Prison in Glenn-ville and at Kroger in Hinesville for several years.
She was a loving mother and grandmother and a member of First Baptist Ludowici.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.J. and Mary Lucy Stafford, and her grandson, Andrew Kasperian III.
Survivors include her sons, Andy (Lisa) Kasperian Jr., Timothy (Drucilla) Kasperian and Eric (Tammy) Kasperian all of Ludowici; brothers, George (Lynne) Stafford of Jesup, Harold (Fran) Stafford of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, and Gary Stafford of Ludowici; grandchildren, Matt, Morgan, Travis, Sierra, Gage and Parker; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services were held April 9 at Howard Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Baggs Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were Chance Crighton, Parker Kasperian, Gage Kasperian, Travis Kasperian, Matt Kasperian and Josh Stafford.
Remembrances are suggested to GHC Hospice, 141 S. Macon St., Jesup, GA 31545, or to Long County CARES.
