EDWARD FACER Obituary
Born on Dec. 13, 1974 in State College, he was the son of Wanda L. (Lucas) Facer of Philipsburg, and the late Edward A. Facer, Sr.
He was a member of the Port Matilda Baptist Church and a life-time member of the Port Matilda Fire Company.
Edward was a truck driver for Upstate Farms of Williamsport.
He was a 1993 graduate of Bald Eagle Area High School and attended Penn State University.
In addition to his mother, Edward is survived by two sisters, Elizabeth Ann Gerst and her husband James of Baltimore, Md. and Kathy Nichole Facer of Mount Joy; nine nieces and nephews, Levi, Sam, Jimmy, Lyn, Megan, Leah and Damian, Katie and Alex, Nevaeh and Ava; and two great-nephews, Leo and Eli.
The Funeral Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 8, 2023, at the Port Matilda Baptist Church, 105 S. Main St., Port Matilda. Pastors Ben Hoover and Ryan Smith will officiate.
Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery, Boggs Twp., Howard.
Visitation will be held from noon until the time of the funeral service at the church.
Arrangements are under the direction of Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC of Osceola Mills.
