Gary Uncles Obituary

CLARION - Gary Lee Uncles, 73, of Clarion, formerly of Clearfield, died on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at Clarion Senior Living in Clarion.

Born on April 6, 1952, in Philipsburg, Gary was the son of the late Melvin Winters Sr. and Louise (Miller) Winters.

Gary was a Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.

He was a gas station attendant.

Gary was a 1971 graduate from P-O High School.

In addition to his mother, Gary was preceded in death by a brother, James Uncles; and a sister Barbara Soltys.

Gary is survived by a daughter, Julie Moore and her husband Brad of Cleveland, Ohio; a son, Dan Uncles and his wife Faith of Nazareth; two sisters, Deborah J. Uncles of Clearfield, and Mona L. (Uncles) Lee of Palatka, Fla.; a brother, Melvin Winters Jr. and his wife Jennifer of Osceola Mills; three grandchildren, Ava Moore, Amelia Moore, and Raymond Uncles; and a brother-in-law, Roy Soltys and his wife, Marsha of Osceola Mills.

At Gary's request, there will be no viewing or funeral service.

Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, Osceola Mills, is in charge of the arrangements.
