ISABEL COWDER Obituary

PHILIPSBURG - Isabel R. Cowder, 83, of Philipsburg and formerly of Pine Top went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Nov. 23, 2021 at Windy Hill Village of Presbyterian Homes, Philipsburg.

Born June 20, 1938 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Dorothy (Lauder) Wisor.

Surviving is her daughter, Jeanette Ostrofsky and her husband Eric of (Casanova) Munson; her grandchildren, Ricky Dunlap of Munson and Jessica Little and her great granddaughter, Maddy Little.

Isabel was a 1956 graduate of Clearfield High School and Clearfield Vo-Tech for welding. She had worked for Ginter Welding, Chester Hill.

There will be no public visitation.

A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Her final resting place will be at Bigler Cemetery, Bigler.

Family suggests memorial contributions be made to, American Heart Association, 440 W. Front St., Clearfield, PA 16830.

Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, Morrisdale, is in charge of the arrangements.
