James Graffius Obituary

WOODLAND - James L. Graffius, 68, of Woodland, died on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2025, at Mt. Laurel Nursing & Rehab Ctr. in Clearfield.

Born on June 21, 1957, in Philipsburg, James was the son of the late Leonard Graffius & Verda (Maines) Graffius. He married Darlene A. (Maines) Graffius who preceded him in death on Jan. 29, 2024.

James retired from Walker's Sawmill, and he had worked at Greenwood Lumber.

He was preceded in death only by his parents and his wife.

James is survived by a daughter, Jessica A. Graffius of Woodland; two sisters, Margaret Maines and her husband Stanley Jr. of Woodland, and Mildred Graffius of Woodland; and three brothers, William Graffius and his wife Arlene of Woodland, Berton Graffius and his wife Tammy of West Decatur, and Leonard Graffius and his wife Marshalynn of Reynoldsville.

There will be no viewing or funeral service.

Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 701 Lingle St., Osceola Mills, is in charge of arrangements.
