Lynn's greatest joy in life was his family, whom he cherished beyond measure. A close second was his passion for the outdoors. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in hunting, fishing, and spending time at camp. He also loved cheering on the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers. He will be remembered for his kindness, patience, and deep love for his family and friends. Grounded in his faith, he was comforted knowing God was always with him. Lynn was known for the smile that rarely left his face and for being the first to offer a warm hello or strike up a friendly conversation. He left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him. Truly one of a kind, he will be deeply missed by many.
Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 22 at the Gethsemane United Methodist Church, 369 Allport Cutoff, Allport, PA, where a funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at the Keewaydin Cemetery.
