MARY ANN KADASH

1951 - 2023

STATE COLLEGE - Mary Ann Kadash, 71, of State College and formerly of Osceola Mills, was blessed with her wings on Friday, Jan. 20, 2023 at her residence, 311 Fry Dr., State College.

Born on March 1, 1951 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Dorothy (Vasbinder) Kadash.

She resided at Strawberry Fields, Inc. for 35 years and was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church in State College.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Catherine Walstrom, Susan Greenlow, Debra Kautz and Charlene Snyder.

She is survived by seven sisters, Shirley Ropchock of Philipsburg, Josephine (June) Creek and her fiancé Dan Haycock of Springfield, W. Va., Geraldine Joeick of Clearfield, Dorothy Washburn and her husband James of Pottstown, Beverly Perry of Spanaway, Wash., Patricia Adams of Philipsburg, and Sharon Monoskey and her husband Delbert of Osceola Mills; and several nieces and nephews.

Mary Ann loved going to Sunny Days and had many friends there. She loved shopping, eating out and going to family gatherings. She loved being around children. She had a very large group of friends, and all her family at 311 Fry Dr., who were all her angels on Earth.

At Mary Ann's request, there will be no public viewing and service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are under the direction of Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC in Osceola Mills.
