Nancy Jordan Obituary
Born Dec. 11, 1948, in West Decatur, she was the daughter of the late Russell Beish and Helen (Husted) Beish.
Nancy was a 1966 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School. She worked as a desk clerk at Kwik Fill Plaza Motel in Kylertown for 33 years.
Nancy is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, Thomas Sr., whom she wed March 29,1969.
She is also survived by two children, Thomas "Tommy" Jordan Jr. and wife Michelle of Morrisdale and daughter, Jennifer Burfield and husband Robert of Allport; three grandchildren, Morgan Jordan of Pittsburgh, Jared Burfield and wife Alyssa of Allport and Reed Jordan of Morrisdale; her siblings, Sara Milligan of Wallaceton, Janet Kramer of Clearfield, Raymond Beish of Wallaceton, Hazel Platzer of Hyde and Agnes "Babe" Knepp of West Decatur; numerous nieces and nephews; and her little dog, Charlie.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and her three older siblings Alvin Beish, Russell Beish, Cora Wisor and her younger sister, Ida Riggleman.
Nancy enjoyed reading, crafting, and quilting, but the most important thing to her was spending time with her family.
Family and friends will be received at Strange and Weaver Funeral Service in Morrisdale.
A viewing will be held Friday, Dec. 13, 2024 from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. in the funeral home's chapel. Pastor Julia Piper of Gethsemane United Methodist Church will officiate.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Big Run Park Association, in care of Susie Pase, Morrisdale, PA 16858 or Moshannon Valley EMS, Philipsburg, PA 16866.
