Patricia Neeper Obituary
Born on Feb. 11, 1943, in Morrisdale, she was the daughter of the late John F. and Ann (Dresko) Nachman. Patricia's life was a testament to her unwavering commitment to family and faith.
A devoted member of St. Agnes, St. Francis and St. Timothy Parishes, Patricia found fulfillment and contentment in her spiritual life. A tireless worker, she was employed as a caregiver to children and held roles at Captain's Table Motel, Mr. Donut, Walmart, and other local businesses, where her eager laugh left a lasting impression on many. Patricia delighted in craft painting, nurturing her flowers, taking long walks, and visiting with her loving family.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by two sisters, Joan Dixon and Dorothy Bratton, and her first husband, William G. Hummel, whom she married on Nov. 25, 1967.
She is survived by her devoted and beloved husband, Wayne Neeper, whom she married on June 11, 2010, and his three daughters, Michelle Janidlo of DuBois, Annette Prisk of Curwensville, and Sonya Giuffre of Johnstown; two sons, John B. Hummel of Ann Arbor, Mich., and William E. Hummel and wife, Megan Halverson, and two grandchildren, Carmen and Cormac Hummel, of Seattle, Wash.; two brothers, John Nachman and wife, Monica, of Lanse, and Edward Nachman and his wife Anna Marie, of Grassflat; and her longtime caregiver, Cindy Connors of Curwensville.
Family and friends will be received on July 3, 2025, from 10-11 a.m. at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Morrisdale.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 3, 2025, following the viewing at the church, at 11 a.m. with Father William Barron as celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Cemetery, Morrisdale.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Greater Pennsylvania Chapter Alzheimer's Association.
Patricia's many sacrifices, humor and boundless love and warmth will live on in the hearts of her friends and family.
