ROBERT FERDARKO Obituary
Born on Dec. 24, 1965 in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of Robert J. Ferdarko, Sr. and Delores (Ibberson) Ferdarko of Cartersville, Ga.
He married Kathleen Bires on Nov. 14, 1986 in Temple, Texas; she survives at home.
Robert was a U.S. Army Veteran.
He was a Special Agent for the Department of Defense in Linthicum Heights, Md.; he had worked at GEO Corrections; and was retired from the Pennsylvania State Police as a Corporal.
Robert was a 1984 graduate of Philipsburg-Osceola High School and a 2019 graduate from Thomas Edison University with a B.S. degree.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by a daughter, Alayna N. Ferdarko of Philipsburg; two sisters, Angie Wolfe and her husband Mark of East Freedom, and Cheryl Walstrom and her husband Ben of Philipsburg; and a brother, Mark Ferdarko and his wife Shannon of Grand Junction, Colo.
The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at Heath Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, 701 Lingle St., Osceola Mills.
Burial will be at Umbria Cemetery in Osceola Mills.
Visitation will be Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from noon until the time of the funeral at the funeral home.
Military honors will be accorded by the Osceola Mills, Honor Guard at the cemetery.
