RONALD MCCRACKEN Obituary
Born Oct. 15, 1959 in Clearfield, he was the son of Clifford R. McCracken, Clearfield and Ruthann (Danver) McCracken who preceded him in death.
On April 28, 1990 in Hyde, he wed Melissa J. (Summerson) McCracken, who survives at home.
Also surviving are his children, Ashley R. McCracken of Philipsburg, Spencer R. McCracken of Philipsburg; his siblings, Katherine Brown of Clearfield, Gerald McCracken and wife Joanne of Clearfield, Linda Fink and husband Jeff of Clearfield, Andrew McCracken and wife Glenda of Warren, Ohio, Harold McCracken and wife Lori of Brenham, Texas, Russell McCracken and wife Diane of Curwensville, Scott McCracken and wife Lori of Hurricane, W. Va., and Joseph McCracken of Clearfield; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great nephews.
Ronald was a 1978 graduate of Clearfield Area High School. He was an assistant Boy Scout troop leader for many years. He loved driving bus, puzzle books, old shows on television and was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler fan. He was a lifetime member of the Hyde Fire Company.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, Jan. 28, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Strange & Weaver Funeral Service, Morrisdale.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made to American Kidney Fund, 11921 Rockville Pike, Suite 300, Rockville, MD 20852.
