Curt has been my brother in law for fifty years. There are just too many memories to pick one or two. He was always good to me and my son's, especially Jacob. In many ways he was like a dad to him. I am eternally grateful for that. He helped my sister through a very tough health issue. He did all the right things. He was a good man. He will be missed.

Curt was a good friend along with his wife Cherie.
We met while stationed at RAF Mildenhall, 627 MASS. He was my supervisor and then became friends. Spent many evenings with Cherie and Curt at their home in base housing at RAF Lakenheath. Especially I think it was Monday nights to watch the weekly showing of Dallas.
Our follow up assignment to Travis AFB, Curt and Cherie helped me and my then wife out when we first arrived at Travis as she was pregnant with twins and was having a difficult time with the pregnancy. We stayed with them for a while, don´t remember how long, until we found a place of our own. Thank you for all you did for us, you both were there to help Anyone that needed it.
It´s been to many years since those days but always remembered the good times we had.
So sorry for your loss Cherie, wish I could be there to help in some way.
Love and miss you,
Duane
