William Pierson Obituary
Emery Pierson lived this life on a wing and a prayer. Everywhere he went, he carried with him a beautiful smile and a heart full of compassion and love for others. He was born in Redding, CA on Jan. 29, 1986 and grew up in Dixon, CA. He was his mother's entire heart and soul. He passed away on Sept. 27, from a tragic accident in Eureka, CA.
He leaves behind his mother, Maureen Lyman-Pierson; father, Mark Pierson; and countless aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Mellie Lyman, Uncle Pat, and paternal grandparents, Dwaine and Patricia Pierson.
A mass will be held at 2 p.m., Oct. 24, at St. Joseph Church, 2040 Walnut Ave., Redding. We will then have a celebration of life for Emery at Lake Redding Park Pavilion following the mass. In lieu of flowers, please send hugs and prayers for the family.

I give you my condolences. I was friends with Emery for a few months, years ago, and wish I had stayed in contact with him. He was always so cheerful and looked at all of the positive sides of everything. I am deeply saddened by this news and feel for you loss.
