Brett Sauers Obituary
Brett was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan who believed every year they could win the Super Bowl. He was a loving son, a faithful brother, an "Uncle Buck" to his nephews, a loyal friend, and a flirt to every nurse he ever met. Brett lived on the edge his entire life. Although he found those lures filled with risk, he also located the sweet spots that gave him pleasure and ingratiated him to his many friends. For most of his life Brett was the ultimate warrior. He battled cancer with honor, sacrifice, courage and most of all, bravery. One could never forget Brett. It simply wasn't possible.
A celebration of Brett's life will be held at the Varcoe-Thomas Funeral Home, 344 N. Main St., Doylestown, PA 18901 on Sunday, January 14 at 2:30 pm. The family will receive their friends from 12:30-2:30 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Brett's name to Doylestown Hospital Hospice, 595 W. State St., Doylestown, PA 18901 or www.doylestownhealth.org.

Brett was a good friend, we drifted apart, but kept in touch. Both he, and I could be seen at Tex Mex hoping the Eagles would pull out a playoff win. He and I spent one of the hardest day you could have removing 3 trees from his sister's property. We both shared the same illness cancer. I've had it 3 times. R.I.P. Bother. Will miss ya!!!

I will always remember you and truly believe you've made a impression in my life. Ill miss u but at peace knowing your with my sister Dee and you both are cancer free and painfree! RIP BRETT
