Robert M. DiPietro

Robert M. DiPietro, 77, of Lansdale, died Wednesday, September 22, 2021. He was the beloved husband of Sandra (Borneman) DiPietro, with whom he would have celebrated 50 years of marriage on September 25. Born February 9, 1944 in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Balilla and Margaret (Meloro) DiPietro. Mr. DiPietro was employed with Teleflex for over 25 years, retiring as President in 1999. A veteran of the US Air Force, he was also an avid fisherman, golfer, and loved to travel. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Dr. Jamie L. DiPietro (Dr. Ben Steinberg) of Fresno, CA, and Christopher R. DiPietro (Samantha) of Lansdale; two grandchildren, Evan R. Steinberg, and Cole A. Steinberg; and his sister, Arlene Buchholz (Susan Petermann) of Blue Bell. Relatives and friends may call after 1:00 p.m. Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, 701 Derstine Ave., Lansdale, followed by the Funeral Service at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Bob’s memory to a charity of one’s choice.
