My condolences to Bill's family. My Mother Eleanor West, Uncle Gordon Young, who owned Young's Real Estate in Lansdale and then merges with Gross & Quade all know Bill very well. He was an excellent Realtor and had a unique manner and courteous to work with clients and also friends. All of you must be very proud of Bill.
My name is Regina Cooper Green, Eleanor's daughter.

Diane, I met your Mom and Dad many years ago. I always enjoyed their visits to Dr. F's office; your Mom always looked beautiful and your Dad was so sweet and knowledgeable. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing, my deepest sympathies to you and your family.

My condolences go out to the Proctor family. I worked for Bill for 18 years. He taught me the correct way to practice real estate. He encouraged me to be my best. As others have mentioned, we need more like him.

August 13, 2014

My deepest condolences to all of you. My mother, Eleanor West and step-father Mitch West, lived at Peter Becker Community and new Bill from working in Real Estate with him for many years. They always spoke highly of Bill and his dedication to the Real Estate professional. God bless all of you through this very difficult time. Regina Cooper Green, Eleanor's daughter

My Wife and I give our condolences to the Proctor family. Bill was a big influence on me and made who I am running my own business. To this day I still use a lot of what he had taught me. Chris
