Deedle was the nicest and prettiest girl in my grammar school classes at Veterans Park Elementary. We were both born in Ohio and moved to Ridgefield about the same time so we shared a childhood bond. I moved back to the Midwest in the sixth grade so we lost touch. I am heartbroken to learn she has passed but happy to know she had a loving family.

One memory I have is of Deedle, in the kitchen with her mother trying to bite her socked foot. It was just really cute to see. That's always stuck with me and never fails to bring a smile to my face. God Bless the family.
