Elizabeth McGovern Obituary

Lifelong Ridgefield resident Elizabeth McGovern died Friday, November 23rd, at age 30

Beloved daughter, loved sister and adored aunt, Elizabeth graduated from Ridgefield High School, and received her degree in education from Western Connecticut State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude She worked at NBC Universal in the Commercial Operations department in various roles

Elizabeth is survived by her parents Pat and Nancy McGovern of Ridgefield CT, brother Brian (Janet) McGovern of Brookfield CT, brother Mike (Lisa) McGovern of Greensburg, PA, sister Stacey McGovern of Ridgefield CT, and brother Scott (Kelly) McGovern of Deltona, FL She is already missed by her three nephews and two nieces

The McGovern Family will receive visitors at the Kane Funeral Home, 25 Catoonah St Ridgefield, CT on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 from 5 to 8 pm

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 28, 2012 at 10 AM in St Joseph's Church, Danbury, CT

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to ROAR (Ridgefield Operations of Animal Rescue), 45 South St,  Ridgefield CT 06877
