I worked with Kay at Ridgefield Pediatrics in the 90's, where she made everyone she came in contact with smile. Ever the Francophile, she planned an amazing itinerary for our family ,when we visited France, resulting in so many incredible memories. She dressed and acted the role of Scarlett O'Hara at a going away dinner when we moved to Atlanta. We'll never forget watching her in a one woman show at the Ridgefield Playhouse. Her Christmas cards with Chelsea in creative poses were treasures. Always the entertainer, no doubt she is regaling audiences in heaven.

Kay & I met at U of Akron Kolbe Theater. Kay acted; I worked backstage. We stayed in touch after she moved to Manhattan. She was there for me during a trying time after my graduation. She hated the yellow "smiley face" symbol; so, of course, all her birthday cards from me had that obnoxious symbol. Rest in peace my forever friend.

Kay and I became fast friends working in the Guest Relations dept. at NBC in NY where we started our careers in communications. We had the most fun and laughed about the "colorful" characters on our tours. Kay was funny, charismatic, compassionate and solved any of our "career" problems as tour guides, then pages. It was a memorable time I shall never forget.
Sending my deepest condolences to Kay´s family. She will be missed by all of us.

I met Kay years back, when our kids were young and engaged in elementary school musicals. I remember her ready laugh, her warmth, her generosity as she helped guide their theatrics. She had a big spirit. My heart goes out to Chelsea and the family. She and Karl were special people and beloved in our community.

Kay and I were fellow theater students at the University of Akron a long time ago. No surprise, she acted, I was all tech. We became fast friends immediately. Even later, when lives separate by distance and time, our friendship and her impact on my life will be forever.
"Kay lived out loud. She was an explosion of fun, laughter, kindness, and love. With a heart as tender as it was big..."
Deeply sad
Love you Kay.
