ROGERSVILLE - Charles "Chaz" William Blimline, Jr., of Rogersville, TN, passed away on March 16, 2022 at the age of 71. Born in Baltimore, MD, he attended Edgewood High School and later served his country in the U.S. Army, spending 3 years in Germany. He was retired from the Rogersville U.S. Post Office. Chaz loved working with with his bees in his spare time. His family, including his two granddaughters, were the highlights of his life. He was also an Eagle Scout. Chaz was preceded in death by his father Charles William Blimline, Sr.
He is survived by his wife Mary Ann (nee Hicks) Blimline, daughter Ashley (Logan) Morrison, son Jacob Blimline, granddaughters June and Elsa Morrison, mother Loretta "Betty" (nee Edge) Blimline, brothers Burt Blimline and Kevin (Sheila) Blimline, nieces Lauren and Kristen, nephew Kendall.
There will be no formal services.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to DAV (Disabled American Veterans) Charitable Service Trust, 860 Dolwick Dr., Erlanger, KY 41018 (cst.dav.org) or Hawkins County Humane Society, P.O. Box 217, Rogersville, TN 37857 (hawkinscountyhumanesociety.)
