Cody Wilder Obituary

STEELEVILLE -- Cody Lee Wilder, 19, passed away Monday, Nov. 27, 2006.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, 2006, in Hickory Flat United Methodist Church with the Revs. Herzen Andone and Clint Claypoole officiating. Burial will be in Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be all day Wednesday until 2 p.m. Thursday

Cody was a student at Sequoyah High School and a member of Hickory Flat United Methodist Church. He enjoyed cars, dirt biking, offloading and four-wheeling. Cody was an avid fisherman and loved camping; most of all he loved being with his friends. He was to begin Georgia Highlands College in January 2007.

Survivors include his mother and father, Cindy and Greg Wilder of Canton; sister and brother-in-law, Amy and Brad Vaughn of Canton; nephews, Brayden and Collen; grandparents, Don and Mary Ingram of Canton and Elmer and Lela Me Shemonic of Illinois; and several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Memorials may be made to Cody Wilder Memorial Fund in Bank of Georgia.
