The anniversary of the last time I saw you passed a week ago. I smiled at the memories of our lunch at tequila's. You were always watching out for me and told me things I didn't want to hear.....Or listen to, obviously I didn't, because I have Francesco now. No regrets though! I miss you and think of you often. I always blow a kiss to where you rest in peace when I travel to Chester. I love you!

Cory, I have your Mom in my prayers every day. You were a delight to be around from the time you were small all through your growing up years. I know your Mom and family find comfort in knowing that we all will see each other again. Praise God that this is not the end and that we all have eternity together.

Missing you so much. You may have not known it but you were always with me. I always called you brother and all I wanted was for you, Chad and me to sit at a dinner table together. Well we were all together just not the way I wanted. But It will happen one day. Mom thinks about you all the time. She has a very hard time with this, so know that she loves you so very much.

Cory, From the time you were born and brought home to the times I got to see you at Vacation Bible study in Ellis Grove all running around with all that energy, to the time you could understand the situation in High School and we lived two doors down from each other and had time to bond as brothers. I was so proud to call you my brother even though people thought "Really Brothers?" I guess cause you got all the good looks in the family they couldnt see it LOL. We had our moments together and I am thankful of every one of them. Brother I miss you and will always love you.

Just wanted to let you know I've been thinking of u and missin u! I was truely blessed to have u in my life. The memories I have of us can never be taken away. I listened to a cd you made in the apartment in STL, lol, Had big tymers and lil wayne in it. Made me reflect on the past. Just when I felt like nothing could go right in my life with whatever, you loved me and accepted me. Always pushing me to be bigger and better in life. I have alot of regrets the way we left each other, but I know it was for the best. I see your mom in the store from time to time and she reminds me I will always have u in my memories even though ur not here with us. I have scott to take care of me now and my kids, and I'm so glad to tell them who you are and how u were in my life. I hope you are happy, I know your probably watching ESPN non stop, and chillin with FISH (miss him too). I miss the good times of you, me, matty, stacy, blake, tara, and the lincoln! Love you always!

Kristina, Tyler and Corey's family,
Our hearts are broken for you. We send you our love and deepest sympathies. May God hold you all in His strong arms and surround you with His ministering angels as you process this incredible loss. We pray that the Lord will guide you along this unfamiliar way, brighten the darkness before you and smooth out the road ahead of you. The first time I met Cory he made me laugh, and I knew he was a perfect fit for Kristina at that time of her life. Tyler is a precious gift, and Cory will be his guardian angel watching over him throughout his life. I'm so sorry Cory's life had to end so short. There is no rhyme or reason for his death, but just remember to live every day of your life to its fullest potential. You will all be in my prayers!
Love,
Ashley

I only knew Cory for about a month but I heard of Cory almost my whole life...I cannot even put into words how sad I am for his son Tyler and his whole family especially his mom Denise and his sister Christina, they did not have nearly enough time with him but the time they did have with him they treasured and so did he. I know they are grateful for every second. We will all miss him but we also know that one day we will see him again. I pray that Tyler grows up to know how much his daddy loved him.

Cory was a really great guy. Didn't hang out with him much, but when he was around he was the life of the party. His spirit will always live on. I don't have one bad memory of Cory, all good. We'll never forget him.

"Do not stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there, I did not die..."

Enjoyed all the bets we made and especially the few I won. Good times with all the games we played instead of working. As you all may know he was very competative. Cory and I would bet each other on anything from football to who could throw a plate further. You will be missed.
