To the Smith Family,
When hearing the news of your loss, I was shocked and saddened. Your Husband and Father will always remain in my thoughts. It was a pleasure to be associate with such a wonderful person. Jerry was so proud of his family, I dearly enjoyed the time I was able to talk with him, and the time spent with Billy Bob on occasion as well. Jerry will be missed by many, but never forgotten. I will keep your family in my prayers.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Smith family. When I lived in DuQuoin there was hardly a day where I did not see Jerry driving around town, having coffee at a resteraunt, or taking a walk in the neighborhood.
