Not just this time of year, but so so often - I miss John and always will. So many times, I just want to pick up the phone and call him. I am thankful he called me before his passing and gave me the opportunity to come up to Wyoming and spend those few days together. Just the kind of extremely intuitive guy he was; he knew I needed this time. Miss you Rowley! Love you John!

Sorry i never had the chance to meet John but from what I've been told he was a good man who lived a full life. I was married to his daughter Jackie who spoke highly about her father. Sorry for the loss. . RIP Mr. ROWLEY

A great man, husband, father, grand father, great grand father, uncle, brother, friend and Solar legend. He'll be missed dearly by all...and a lot by me! He was a father to me when I needed one, he a friend when I neeeded one and a boss when he needed to be. Saying he taught me a lot is an understatement. There are only a few people in our lives that set us in motion or a given direction. John Rowley is without a doubt this person to me. Countless others didn't have the benefit of knowing the man I know. Likewise, countless others don't know that they are living a great life at a great job because of John's vision. Sounds dramatic, but it couldn't be more true. Words can't express my appreciation, nor can they express the pride I have in knowing the guy that we affectionately called "Rowley"!

Just wanted the family of John Rowley to know that the news of his death has reached us here in Mabank Texas, where he was instrumental in bringing Solar Turbines to our rural community, providing jobs (250) and philanthropy to our residents. Mention of his passing will be published in The Monitor newspaper. However, as the editor, I would like to have the date of his death. Please send by email to [email protected]. Thank you.

Dear Anne and family, The time John and I spent in Tehran and hunting in Utah are some of my fondest memories. John's insights and sense of humor were truly remarkable. My sincerest regards, Jim

Dear Anne and Family,

Deepest sympathy to you and your family in the passing of John.

I've wondered where you were living. I moved back to Parowan about 3 years ago, and have been a widow for 12 years. My family is growing, and I keep busy enjoying them.

If you ever travel to Parowan, look me up.

So sorry to hear that John has passed away. He helped me very much with my Solar Turbines experience.
